Summary of the rental contract terms. The full contract can be read before paying and is emailed with every booking.

Booking and payment

Rentals are booked and paid on the website for specific dates and times. When you book you receive the contract by email and can sign it online or at the shop.

What to bring when picking up the bike

• ID card, NIE, passport or driving licence (required). We do not make a copy: we only check the document.
• €100 cash deposit per bike, refunded when the bike is returned in good condition.

During the rental

• You are responsible for looking after the bike and accessories (helmet, tools and lock).
• You must follow traffic rules and always lock the bike by the frame and wheel to a fixed point.
• In case of theft or loss, the value of the equipment must be paid.

Return

• Returning the bike before the agreed time does not entitle you to a refund.
• If you will be later than the agreed time, let us know on WhatsApp at +34 673 400 162. We do not charge for a short delay.

Cancellations

You can cancel your booking with a refund by letting us know in advance on WhatsApp at +34 673 400 162 or by email at cycles@cycles17001.com, always within shop opening hours.

Pickup and return hours

Bikes are picked up and returned at the shop during opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays 17:00 to 20:30. Closed on Sundays.
