In-store pickup Free at Gran Via de Jaume I, 5, 17001 Girona, during opening hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 to 20:00 and Saturdays 17:00 to 20:30. We will let you know when your order is ready.

Home delivery (mainland Spain and Balearic Islands) We ship with Nacex in 24/48 hours from the moment the order leaves the shop.

• Spare parts, accessories and other products: €10 per order.
• Bikes: €60 per bike. Shipped in a box; it may need basic assembly (handlebar and pedals).

Bike rental Pickup and return at the shop only.

Tracking We send you the tracking number by email.

When you receive your order Check the packaging in front of the courier. If you see any damage, note it on the delivery slip and write to us within 24 hours with photos.
