Terms of service

1. Who is selling NOSTRUM BIKES SL (Cycles 17001), NIF B66194952, Gran Via de Jaume I, 5, 17001 Girona. Email: cycles@cycles17001.com. WhatsApp: +34 673 400 162.

2. What we sell New, ex-fleet (practically new) and second-hand bikes, as well as bike rental. Each product page states the condition of the bike. Second-hand bikes are one-off units: the photos show the actual unit and we describe its signs of use. All of them go through our workshop before being put on sale.

3. Prices Prices are shown in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs, if any, are shown before payment. Some second-hand bikes may be sold under the special scheme for used goods; in that case, the invoice does not show VAT separately.

4. How to buy

1. Choose the product and add it to the cart.
2. Enter your contact and delivery details.
3. Before paying you see the full summary and can correct any details.
4. Pay and receive the order confirmation by email.

The contract can be concluded in Catalan, Spanish, French or English. We keep a copy of the order, which you can ask us for at any time. The order confirmation is not an invoice: invoices are issued by the shop and we email it to you if you ask for it.

5. Payment methods You can pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments; we never see or store your card details.

6. Delivery See the Shipping policy.

7. Right of withdrawal You have 14 calendar days to withdraw from a product purchase without giving any reason. Full details are in the Returns and refunds policy. Rentals for fixed dates and times carry no right of withdrawal (art. 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

8. Warranty

• New bikes: 3-year legal warranty from delivery.
• Second-hand and ex-fleet bikes: 1-year warranty from delivery. It covers defects not caused by normal wear, impacts or misuse and not stated on the bike's product page.

The warranty does not cover normal wear of parts (tyres, chain, brake pads…) or damage from impacts, falls or misuse. To use it, write to us or come to the shop with your proof of purchase.

9. Complaints See the Contact information. We reply within 15 working days.

10. Applicable law These terms are governed by Spanish law and Catalan consumer regulations. If you are a consumer, you may go to the courts of your place of residence.
