THE PROCESS
WHAT WE DO
TO EVERY BIKE

Strip-down and cleaning
We remove the drivetrain, wheels and components and deep-clean everything so we can see the frame's real condition.

Frame inspection
We check the carbon for cracks, impacts or previous repairs. If we're not happy with the frame, the bike doesn't go on sale.

Wear measurement
We check chain, cassette, chainrings, pads and bearings with measuring tools, not by eye.
04
Replacing whatever is needed
We replace anything out of tolerance, and list it on each bike's page.
05
Final assembly and adjustment
Torque-wrench tightening, brake bleed if needed and gear adjustment.
