Refund policy

You have 14 days to change your mind If you bought online, you can withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

How to do it

• With the button in the website footer to cancel a purchase (14 days): fill in your details and you will receive confirmation by email straight away.
• By sending us the model form below to cycles@cycles17001.com.
• With any other clear written statement.

Returning the product You must return the product within 14 days of telling us you are withdrawing, at the shop (Gran Via de Jaume I, 5, Girona) or by courier. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. As a guide, returning a boxed bike by courier from mainland Spain costs about €60, and spare parts and accessories about €10. You can also bring it to the shop at no cost. The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered: you may try it as you would in a shop, but if it has lost value through further use, we may deduct that difference.

Refund We refund everything you paid, including standard outbound shipping, within 14 days of you telling us you are withdrawing, using the same payment method. We may wait until we have received the product back before refunding.

When there is no right of withdrawal

• Bike rentals for fixed dates or times (art. 103.l of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).
• Made-to-measure or clearly personalised products at the customer's request.
• Purchases made in the physical shop, unless we voluntarily offer you an exchange.
